My name is Aliis Kevvai, and I'm a life coach passionate about helping women to refind themselves, no matter the reason for their rediscovery.
I believe everyone deserves to live their lives as their best selves.
I have personally walked the path of refinding myself.
First, I overcame social anxiety and depression. Just when life felt good, I hit a deep burnout, which meant I had to start all over again. My journey led me to ask myself:
Who am I as a person?
What are my core beliefs?
How can I be in love with myself?
What are my passions?
How do I want to live my life?
This journey included conquering overthinking, negative self-talk, catastrophic scenarios, inner critic, and feeling frozen, unable to take action.
This process of rediscovery has been amazing. For the first time ever, I feel like me!
Today, I’m here to help you refind yourself and create a life you love to live.
I know from personal experience that refinding your true self starts with a mindset followed by conscious action.
And it’s always easier when you have someone by your side, encouraging and challenging you to grow.
My role isn’t to give you all the answers, but to ask the questions that open new perspectives and help you refind your own unique path.
I’m a Mindvalley certified life coach based in Estonia.
Estonian is my native language, and I’m comfortable coaching in English.
I hold a master’s degree in forestry, and I’m passionate about nature, it’s where I feel most at home.
I have a dog named Hugo who keeps life joyful.
I’m a book lover and a fan of matcha.
I enjoy warmth, though I often get too hot in summer.
Early mornings energize me more than evenings.
Spiritual growth is an important part of my own journey, and it shapes how I coach.
Our coaching sessions were both exciting and challenging, because each time we uncovered new layers to work through in order to get closer to a solution. You have to do the work yourself, but Aliis gives you the tools and tips to take small steps that lead you far.
I gained confidence and insights on how to work with myself. I learned how to plan my time better and stay calmer in difficult situations, always finding something positive, too.
I’m surprised how working on mindset changed how I see life and helped me find my new path.
